APAC UHNW Sales Manager

As the APAC Ultra High Net worth (UHNW) Sales Manager, you are responsible to support the Asia Pacific UHNW market in reaching their sales and revenue objectives through the establishment and implementation of an efficient and effective sales process

 
Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the ongoing revenue, sales and activity planning

• Identifies sales opportunities, conceptualizes, launches and monitors sales initiatives to achieve sales ambitions

• Aggregates external client needs with regard to products, tools and services and acts as an interface and filter to product specialists to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency

• Coordinates a wide range of product partners and stakeholders to deliver a consistent UHNW offering and service

• Leverages the 'one bank' cooperation with IB and Asset Management

• Identifies and implements pricing improvement opportunities

• Supports management to cultivate the growth potential of their markets and clients book, providing facts and figures to support the sales processes

Key Deliverables:

• Improves client experience and profitability through optimized sales processes

• Increases revenue through sales activities focused on business targets
 

Our ideal candidates should have the following requisites:

• Minimum of 10 years professional experience in the financial services industry with a focus on sales, investment or client relationship management

• Ideally would have market experience as a Client Advisor, Desk Head or Branch Manager with excellent Sales/presentation/strategic skills

• Effective communicator in English with strong social skills to build relationships and credibility with wide range of stakeholders

• Able to work on multiple initiatives, projects and products with high complexity

• Self motivated and able to work independently with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge or responsibility

• Interest or understanding of the region and the subtleties associated with the markets and UHNW clientele

• Fluency in English is a must while Cantonese/ Mandarin would be desirable
