Apartment Maintenance Technician Job in Glassboro, New Jersey US

Campus Terrace Apartments is looking for a full time Maintenance Technician to service the apartments. Candidates must:

-          Have extensive knowledge and highly skilled in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, apt. set-ups.

-          Have the ability to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis

-          Have experience in Apartment Maintenance, Turnover, Curb-Appeal

-          Be team oriented, able to communicate to all levels (residents, vendors, co-workers, management) and flexible in job responsibilities

-          Must have own tools valid driver’s license

-          Have the ability to learn on the job and apply knowledge in a fast paced environment.

-          Ability to trouble-shoot complex problems and use resources available to fix them.

-          Must be able to work on-call schedule.

-          Candidates must be able to work independently, take leadership role and see things through to completion.
