Application Develoment Manager – Banking recruitment
A leading Investment Bank requires an Application Development Team Leader with experience in leading a team of 10-15 developers within.NET Technologies, BizTalk, Filenet and SharePoint and preferably in a banking environment. This role requires Line Management, Resource Management, Budgetary responsibility, development delivery as well as Quality Management.
The role will include:
* Team Leader the planning and control of the Application Development team
* Line Management
* Track and forecast expense spend and manage budgets
* Coordinate new updates and any decommisioning work
* Review teams designs, developments and unit tests
* Tracks the performance of resource
* Provide third line support to the operations and support teams
As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstration the following skills and experience:
* .Net technologies, Biztalk, Filenet and sharepoint in a banking environment
* Implementing Websphere, Java and Content Management Systems in a banking environment
* Working closely with the business and Business Analysis teams to refine requirements
* Team Management experience (Line, budgets, planning and resource management)
* Fully proficient in managing the systems development lifecycle
