IT Business Analyst recruitment

Candidate requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in project change management
• Basic understanding of Databases, Web and client applications, Lean six-sigma
• Work experience in Commercial Insurance will be an added advantage
• Experience in MS-Project MS-Visio
• Experience in coordinating with users on enterprise wide projects from initiation through final implementation

Essential job responsibilities:

• Work directly with Business and IT to understand project objectives, requirements and 
  approach
• Reports to Head of IT
• Responsible for tasks assigned from project initiation through final implementation
• Liaise with IT on technical details and prepare project charter, plan where required
• Schedule project meetings - review deliverables, deadlines, track progress of the project
• Provide timely update to Head of IT and Business stakeholders

Secondary responsibilities/Good to have:

• Coordinate effectively with all business functions and IT team
• Lead Project and Change management along with deliverables
• Manage and Build reporting templates that helps to improve track project effectively and efficiently
• Quick-learner
• Provide training to Business users on new systems or on enhancements
