Responsibilities:
The candidate will also work closely with the Global Web Team members to ensure that the designed websites are properly integrated and implemented from TEIS perspective and to make the compatibility between local intranet/internet and global intranet/internet.
Requirement:
Information Systems in Tyco Electronics Korea is looking for an individual that will implement, operate, and manage local intranet internet. This open position for web master is to design, develop and maintain website web based software applications. In addition, it is to provide suggestions and coordinate regarding website development project. The candidate will also work closely with the Global Web Team members to ensure that the designed websites are properly integrated and implemented from TEIS perspective and to make the compatibility between local intranet/internet and global intranet/internet.
Position Qualifications/Competencies - Required
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years experience with website design, development and operation
- Good knowledge of HTML, VB.NET, JavaScript, Flash, and good eye for web design
- Experience with implementing Web 2.0 site
- Ability to estimate web project specification based upon functional requirements, timelines and to coordinate communications between user, partner and global team
- Strong Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, IIS, Secure Socket Layers and Oracle database
Preferred:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Personal attributes should include ability to work in a team environment, willingness to learn new skills, flexibility, adaptability, strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skill
- Working knowledge of Crystal Report 2008, Toad for Oracle, ASP.NET, Oracle WebLogic and Web application tools
- Familiarity with web based applications is a plus
Required Education Level:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline
