Application Development Manager – .NET, Market Risk recruitment
This global Capital Markets business is recognised as one of the worlds leading banks and an employer of choice. Due to an increasing amount of focus within risk management and regulatory compliance, a new opportunity has been created for a driven and proactive Application Development Manager at VP level to come on board.
Your new role will involve managing a team of 10 developers who are supporting Market Risk systems. You will provide technical direction, conduct code/architecture reviews, manage the delivery of development projects as well as work closely with the business. The technical environment is Microsoft based (.NET) and your project portfolio will include new initiatives as well as monthly releases.
To be successful in your new role you will need:
- Prior experience as an Application Development Manager managing a .NET development team
- Strong technical background (ideally have been a developer earlier in your career)
- Experience working within financial services ideally within Risk Management
- To be at VP level in your current organistaion.
You will be expected to have a degree in IT, engineering or similar and have exceptional English communication skills.
