Application Lead

Our client based in Edmonton requires a talented individual to join them for a BA/QA (Application Lead) on a contract for 9 months.

Scope of Work:

Gather the inventory of applications from each users desktop for all business units.

Prepare a breakdown of all applications and the priority for testing purposes.

Verification of critical applications with the Business Units

Coordinate the execution of IST/UAT, capture test evidence and manage timelines.

Track and facilitate application remediation and packaging activities

Create, manage test plan, test summary/evidence report, critical application list and ensure alignment with Windows 7 deployment schedules

Mandatory Requirements:

Understands and is able to create, develop, and implement effective QA procedures and processes

Preferred Requirements:

Experience working with customers and ensuring that providing exceptional customer service is a priority
