The Role
You will be responsible to provide support to 24*7 critical production applications and work with cross teams and vendors to ensure stability of the applications.
Perform prevention and compliance activities and contribute ideas to improve the applications and add value to the users.
You will be responsible to support user queries and lead in customer and vendor service review, perform due diligence when taking over from project teams into BAU mode.
Your Profile
Degree with minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the IT support field
Have 3 years working experience in banking environment, preferably with experience in supporting crucial production application systems.
Technically competent in Unix (AIX) operating system, Oracle database and WebLogic application server configurations.
Knowledge in Consumer Credit Processing domain (secured/unsecured lending, credit evaluation) is a plus.
