Manager, Fund Investor Services recruitment
Job Description:
• Responsible for processing all funds related subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, switching and Anti-Money-Laundering identification;
• Prepare, maintain and update documentation and related report, e.g. rebate report, sales report, etc. to related business parties;
• Deal with issues and queries from institutional clients, distributors and professional investors in a professional and timely manner.
Requirement:
• 5-10 years of solid experience in Asset Management Industry, preferably in Investor Services;
• Holder of SFC licenses type 1,4 and 9;
• Good knowledge in SFC authorized funds, private placement funds, SFC codes and related requirements;
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill;
• Able to lead assigned project with minimum supervision, detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule;
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
