Application Support
Application Support Analyst required for my banking client based in London to sit within their Credit Application Management team responsible for 1st and 2nd Line Support for the Credit trading booking platforms. This will be a highly customer facing position and would suit an individual with strong drive to develop their Credit cash product knowledge.
Candidates will need the following experience:
- Expert knowledge on Credit markets and its relative applications
- Previous experience providing 1st and 2nd line application support from a strong financial / banking background
- Business Support including PnL and position investigations, market data queries, booking and processing analysis
- Experience in providing support pertaining to Electronic Markets, Market Data, Pricing, Auto-Quoting and Electronic Execution
