Application Support – CRM Systems recruitment

Responsibilities of the role:

- Working as a senior member of the regional application support team supporting the client applications used by the regional business development team and relationship management team.

- Providing high quality support of the in-house built CRM and database related applications.

- Collecting, documenting and facilitating implementations of system requirements.

- Being part of the BAU application support team responsible for batch cycles, resolving issues and SQL queries.

Requirements of the role:

- 5-8 years experience with a mix of technology understanding and supporting users in the financial sector.

- Must have previous experience supporting CRM systems or similar client applications used by business developers and relationship management teams.

- Ideally having worked for an asset management or hedge fund organization responsible for supporting their applications.

- Career stability with proven background of committing to long term business initiatives.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high ability to interact with all levels of the business.

- Technical experience with database especially SQL queries and Oracle. Any Unix or scripting experience would be advantageous.
