Our client is a successful and growing investment bank working across multiple assets and utilising a number of industry leading trading systems including Fidessa, Sophis and Charles River. The requirement is for an experienced and skilled Application Support / Support Consultant to join their fast-moving London office.

You will be working in a highly technical team, building and developing both your technical and business skills. There is exceptional opportunity for progression to senior roles and team management in a very short space of time.

To be considered for this fantastic position, all applicants must be able to clearly demonstrate:

- Experience in supporting trading systems technology

- Solid understanding of Windows and ideally Oracle, UNIX SQL

- Knowledge of support processes and a pragmatic problem solving approach

- Exceptional communication skills and an ability to communicate to both business technical people

My client is offering a basic salary of up to £50'000 in addition to a bonus scheme that will return in excess of 20%.

You will be joining a relatively new team so will be given responsibility to develop grow the support function with you attaining a senior role within the firm.
