Application Support Manager - Insurance - London - GBP60,000 - GBP70,000 plus package
The Application Support Manager's role is to establish a new Application Support team and to oversee the support for all in-house developed and external 3rd party business applications.
This is a newly created position and team, so the post holder will be expected to hep define and implement the Application Support function which will be aligned to ITIL.
The post holder will have Technical Support knowledge of all Line of business applications ie, Claims, Underwriting, Credit Control etc.
Prior experience of working in am Application Support role in either a Team leader or Managerial position with experience of managing projects using formal project management methodology with knowledge if ITIL.
