Appointment Maker / Sales Call Centre Operative
Our client is currently recruiting for a Call Centre Operative, they require a number of hard-working, switched on candidates to work in their fast paced call centre sales department that is based in Stevenage. Our client works within the insurance and finance industry.
The role will be to contact existing business users, from details held by the client and arrange suitable appointment times for the Sales team to handle and progress the interest to enable a closure to the sales/quotation. This role will involve direct selling as the leads you are following up will already be warm and expressed their interest. No experience in direct selling is required but you will be looking for your first role perhaps in sales and has a interest in sales.
The right person will be looking to start a career within Sales, possess a degree or equivalent, have a personable approach, strong rapport building skills, professional telephone manner, strong hard working work ethic with an ability and interest in performing and meeting targets in a fast paced environment. Ideally you will have some previous customer service or office based experience within a commercial office sector but perhaps looking for a role within the sales arena
