Arabic-speaking Real Estate Investment Associate recruitment
Our client is a highly regarded and exciting real estate investment and development company based in Abu Dhabi with an exceptionally strong financial backing. Operating primarily within the GCC, the firm focuses on identifying and developing large-scale real estate development opportunities throughout the region and are actively investing in the market. As they continue to expand, there is a need to bring on board an Arabic-speaking Real Estate Investment Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and entrepreneurial candidate to join an established real estate team and gain extensive and invaluable exposure to numerous investments.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the new Associate will ultimately play a key role in managing the company’s real estate acquisition and development activities within the region. The successful candidate will be expected to assist and lead on all areas of the business, from the identification of potential targets through to the execution stage as well as assisting in fund raising structuring and identifying potential investors and business partners.
All candidates must;
- Have at least 2-4 years of top-tier real estate investment banking or corporate finance experience
- Be fluent in Arabic
- Be highly familiar with Abu Dhabi and wider GCC preferably with a strong network
- Demonstrate exceptional quantitative, analytical and financial modelling skills
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree from a highly regarded US or European University
