Architect – In-House
Well established multi-family residential builder in the New York City metro area has an excellent opportunity for an in-house Architect to join our Preconstruction team. Candidate will have strong background in building facility designs, and the ability to prepare and review design calculations, analyses, drawings and specifications.
The successful candidate will also possess 5 (or more) years experience in architectural design. Specific hands-on practical experience with sustainable design and ability to assess massing and zoning on potential building sites are a plus. Architectural Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
