Our client a national consulting engineering firm with projects in transportation, education, energy, DoD and land development is seeking an Operations and Business Development Manager to ensure continued profitability over the next 10 years and beyond.
Job description for Operations Manager BD include but not limited too;
-achieve Vice President role within a Fortune 500 or similar firm
-prior project experience exceeding $100,000,000 in scope
-proven ability in developing sales teams measured by capability and capacity
-strong leadership and professional presence
-experience with diverse business growth and company branding
-proved ability to develop strong business relationships and continue current relationships
Qualifications for Director of Growth BD include but not limited too;
-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural; related degree is acceptable
-no less than 10 years of related business or project experience
-able to provide growth "vision" through 2020
-previous experience implementing BD tools, processes and systems
