Due to an ongoing and steady increase of financial instructions, my client - a quality-led Law Office in Luxembourg - is seeking to add a mid-level Banking Finance Lawyer to their sociable team. The Responsibility:
Due to the successful and structured increase in work within this Team, the requirement to strengthen the unit at a mid-level will result in a daily focus upon:
● technical and wide-ranging banking and finance transactions - providing variety in your day
● intra-firm liaison on larger matters with a banking, corporate finance, and/or loan elements - allowing clients to be fully serviced
● liaising with leading institutions in a front-line capacity - building your commercial understanding
● developing the knowledge of the less experienced staff - which develops your managerial expertise for your future career
The Requirement
