Group Finance Director recruitment
A leading global insurance broker currently undergoing a phase of rapid growth through performance and acquisition, is looking for a hands-on Finance Director to help carry the business forward. This opportunity will see the successful candidate reporting directly into the CEO and heavily involved in key strategic and core finance decision making, whilst leading a small team through monthly, quarterly and annual financial deliverables.
Given the nature of the role it is essential that you are a qualified accountant (or equivalent) with a vast amount of experience in a Senior Finance role within the insurance sector (preferably broking). You should have a strong track record in driving forward growth within an organisation in a 'lead-by-example' manner, and strong systems skills are a must.
