The Opportunity
Due to ongoing business growth, an opportunity has become available for a talented Area Manager to join the Smokemart GiftBox operations team in Western Australia.
Smokemart and GiftBox have 14 stores located throughout Western Australia.
The Area Manager will support a cluster of retail stores in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities Include
• Guidance, Mentoring and motivation of fellow colleagues
• Overall financial performance of the business in Western Australia
• Compliance Management, Stock Control, Sales and Quality Management
• The achievement or surpassing of individual sales targets for all WesternAustralian Stores
What we are looking for
Ideally the successful candidate will come from a background of multi - store management or strong retail store management.
The successful applicant will also have
• A passion for leading and coaching others
• Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast paced environment
• Superior organisational, time management and multi - tasking skills
• Positive personality with excellent communication skills
• Initiative; Drive and self - motivation
• Strong financial acumen
• Good working knowledge and intermediate abilities with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
An attractive package will be offered for this position dependent upon the skills and experience of the successful candidate. Inclusive in remuneration package are necessary tools of the trade.
