Area Sales Manager - Territory Sales Management - Construction Products
If you are a Talented senior Sales Manager with an educational background as a Civil Engineer and 5-10+ years of professional sales management experience, within the construction products arena, we look forward to speaking with you!
We are an international leader in heavy earthwork construction products and we have a senior sales management opportunity to be based out of either: CO, CA or AZ.

* Base Salary of $90sk-112k (depending on experience) + performance based bonus plan up to 35% of your base

What you will be doing:
* Assume responsibility for the promotion and sale of value-added heavy earthwork construction products and solutions to client base of federal and state municipalities, as well as, construction and engineering teams
* Lead, develop and cultivate a team of territory technical sales professionals
* Oversee recruitment, hiring, training and development for the regional sales team
* Establish annual and monthly sales performance goals and guide the team in the forecast and execution of them
* Strategic planning and new product launch
* Report on financial results and sales performance on a quarterly and annual basis
What you will need:
* Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or Construction Management; MBA highly desireable
* 5+ years of professional civil engineering experience and knowledge of DOT specification and approval processes
* 5+ years of experience and a solid sales record in construction products
