Position Description:

Under the direction of the Director of Visual, and using the standards and guidelines set forth by the Corporate Visual Department, the Area Visual Manager is responsible for creating a dynamic shopping environment which incorporates fashion trend statements, visual presentations and promotional events to support the sale of full priced merchandise and the overall profitability of the store. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the District Manager and Merchandise Team Manager to set directives, train and maintain the visual standards for merchandise presentation, coach existing and new associates on company floor standards for appropriate visual presentation and placement of merchandise. The Area Visual Manager is responsible for interpreting and implementing Corporate visual directives, working with the input of the District Manager to ensure that they are executed effectively in the store location.
