Area/Regional Manager – Retail Banking recruitment
As a Senior Banking Manager working with in a globally recognised Bank, you will be expected to drive a group of Retail branches to deliver an exceptional customer experience, through effective business and people leadership, in order to maximise performance across all areas of the Balanced Scorecard (Service, Control, People and Income).
Role Requirements
- Understanding of the overall strategic objectives of Retail Branch Banking
- Experience in developing, leading and motivating a team to deliver desired results
- Ability in understanding, developing and delivering a group level business plan
- Experience and understanding of a sales environment
- Proven track record of managing the performance and support the development of individuals, through effective coaching and timely feedback
- Solid commercial and financial awareness of the broader Retail environment
Individual Requirements
- Deliver performance across all area's of the Balanced Scorecard (Service, Control, People and Income)
- Act as a key ambassador of the banks brand with key influencers in the local business community
- Optimise the customer experience in all branches across the group, through the establishment and maintenance of customer focused teams
- Intimately manage the budget and ensure operational efficiency is maximised
- Facilitate individuals' personal and career development
- Establish and maintain clear, effective communication channels in order to enhance employee engagement
- Used to working across multiple sites
- Experience of working in a Retail Banking environment
