Description
The Head of Strategic Solutions is a senior member of the Asset Servicing Transformation team, reporting to the Head of Asset Servicing Transformation, with responsibility for the development and execution of revenue generating programs focused on the Global Financial Institutions (GFI) segment.
The incumbent is responsible for developing and leading a team that will coordinate with senior level managers within Asset Servicing to provide both analytical and strategic insight as well as program governance and control. This role will build a team of strong analysts and implementation experts that will work in conjunction with front office staff to increase revenues and cross market penetration.
The incumbent and the team will partner with GFI staff through the development of in-depth client profiles, revenue opportunity estimates, and the plans and strategies to support growth to support strategically focused selling and client engagement. The incumbent will engage with the CEO of Asset Servicing and their direct reports to review the status of revenue campaigns and expand the focus as possible. Will meet regularly with the head of GFI and the Segment Managers and BEs to review key clients.
This role will engage with Product Areas (Securities Lending, Global Client Management, Global Collateral Services, etc.) to coordinate and manage product resources as necessary to develop comprehensive client engagement plans and necessary collateral.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master's Degree or Professional Qualification. MBA or Post Graduate Degree preferred.
