Asbestos Analyst
My client is a leading contract testing laboratory based Nationally. Due to continued growth they now have an immediate requirement for an Asbestos Analyst to join their growing team.
In this role you will be expected to conduct analysis on a wide range of materials for asbestos entering your results onto the company LIMS system in line with existing QMS procedures. There will also be an element of method development involved in this role. You will also be expected to maintain equipment.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be p401 qualified with analytical experience in a similar area. A knowledge of asbestos analysis is also required along with the ability to maintain and troubleshoot a range of analytical equipment. a p403 qualification and experience in a UKAS or MCERTs environment would be an advantage.
