EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (PART-TIME) MANCHESTER HOUSING AUTHORITY (MHA) SALARY RANGE $30,238-$31,357. The Manchester By The Sea Housing Authority Board of Commissioners seeks a part-time (22 hrs. per week) Executive Director. This position is responsible directly to a 5 member Board. The MHA manages 80 units of State Chapter 667 Elderly/Disabled Public Housing 4 State Chapter 705 Family Housing. The MHA's mission is to provide quality, decent, safe, affordable housing to low moderate income households. The Executive Director will be responsible for the leadership management of a small PHA. The successful candidate will supervise over all the Authority's business affairs will ensure the cost effective efficient delivery of all management, maintenance capital work plans. The salary and benefit package is commensurate with the Department of Community Development (DHCD) salary schedule. Minimum qualifications: 2 years experience in a housing community development, public administration or closely related field; Knowledge of the principles practices of public housing management, finances, maintenance systems.
