About the Job
This well established client is looking for a contracts manager to supervise contracts for Asbestos removal. Based in the Midlands you will be required to ensure the smooth delivery of this social housing contract, monitoring budget, customer service levels and project delivery.
The role will have the following day to day duties:
- Reading Asbestos surveys and planning consequent works
- procuringinterestedors
- Managing works
- Ensuring high levels of customer service
It is essential for this role that you have a proven track record within the delivery of projects on time and to budget.
