Asia IT Training Lead recruitment
The Training Lead is responsible for the following:
- developing and delivering learning to in-house legal and administrative staff that addresses the specific needs of their roles and increases their efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace.
- assessing the learning requirements of the audience, create appropriate user documentation and reference materials, and assist with the development and implementation of non-traditional training delivery methodologies.
- training delivery and subsequent support for all Asia offices.
- As part of the Global Training team, coordinating training initiatives with other regional trainers.
- learning content which includes the standard hardware devices and general application packages used by the firm, as well as any specialized applications which support firm, office, practice, and departmental productivity and collaboration.
This role also acts as a GTS representative and a liaison between the user community and GTS. Additional functions include, measuring and assessing training to ensure retention of learning, and identifying areas where new training approaches may be needed.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
• 7+ years experience related experience in project management, customer relationship management, and developing and conducting technical training preferably in an international, professional services firm
• Experience with one-on-one and one-to-many training
• B.S., B.A. or equivalent
