The Training Lead is responsible for the following:

This role also acts as a GTS representative and a liaison between the user community and GTS. Additional functions include, measuring and assessing training to ensure retention of learning, and identifying areas where new training approaches may be needed.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• 7+ years experience related experience in project management, customer relationship management, and developing and conducting technical training preferably in an international, professional services firm

• Experience with one-on-one and one-to-many training

• B.S., B.A. or equivalent
