An exciting and newly created position has arisen to work with the Global Head of Learning Development to produce learning solutions aligned to key regional business imperatives and global business plans. In this role, you will deliver a dynamic and creative approach to learning and development interventions that reflect the changing nature of the business and link to employee's performance and development opportunities. You will carry out specific needs analysis as required and develop and implement key learning interventions. Design, develop and deliver a wide range of relevant soft skills, cultural awareness and management development programs wherever appropriate, as well as implement effective mechanisms that measure effectiveness, and deliver and evaluate the Asia region mentoring programme as part of a global roll out. You will oversee the on-boarding and orientation of senior appointments, working with the global HR and LD teams to identify opportunities to support employee transfers.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication English and fluency in Mandarin coupled with good interpersonal skills and strong influencing and negotiation skills. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in a global business with Asia regional responsibility. You should have demonstrated ability to challenge traditional approaches sensitively and present new and credible solutions. Strong programme and project management skills, a strong client focus, consultancy skills and business orientation and ability to capture a business ideas fast. Build credibility with regional directors, senior and middle managers and HR colleagues. Experience in managing all aspects of the learning and development life-cycle, and the latest thinking on learning and development concept tools and techniques.
