Must be willing and able to be cross-trained and to handle all stations along the line.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE — High School diploma or GED and two to three years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS — Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one or small group situations.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS — Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using weight measurements, volume, and distance.

 

OTHER SKILLS/CERTIFICATION — Must be forklift certified.

 

REASONING ABILITY — Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
