The Assembly Supervisor is responsible for, but is not limited to, the functions, qualifications, or responsibilities identified below:
- Following and maintaining TS16949/ISO14001 policies, procedures, work instructions and forms.
- Meeting/exceeding documented safety, quality and production goals.
- Being able to be effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Providing technical and managerial assistance to the Manager.
- Being self-motivated with good attendance.
- Possessing good leadership skills.
- Having the ability to improve operating efficiency, reduce costs, and indentify unfavorable trends, and then take action.
- Ensuring that production schedules are attained daily while meeting safety, cost and quality objectives.
- Training, coaching, and motivating employees to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Being able to work any shift and overtime.
Candidates should have the following qualifications and/or experience:
- High school graduate or GED.
- Computer skills including Word, Excel, AS400.
- Automotive manufacturing experience a plus.
