Asset Management – Buy Side – Experienced Structurer – Up to $200k + Bonus + Package – Asia – Structurer/Structuring/Structured recruitment

Montash Associates has been retained by a leading, global asset manager to find an experienced Structurer to join their successful, growing team.

This is a client facing role, and this individual will be involved in the entire spectrum of structuring activities.  

Key duties will range from: liaising with sales, working on pitches, pricing, client meetings, working with trading and sales teams to identify new business opportunities and identifying core requirements. This is a senior position, and extensive experience in all of the above is essential.

The core requirements for this role are:

• Structuring experience, any asset class. Familiarity with all role duties listed above.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong maths skills. Knowledge of pricing complex derivatives

• Management experience is advantageous but not essential

• Highly numerate degree from a leading academic institution

• Fluency in English is essential. As second/third language are beneficial but not essential.

In return for this, my client is willing to offer an exceptional compensation package. Base salaries will be up to $200k, and is flexible for the perfect candidate. On top of this, there is a leading bonus and flexible benefits package, including private healthcare, pension contributions etc.
