Asset Management – Fund Raising Head / VP Level recruitment
Our client is a leading asset management company in Asia with more than 70 investment staff and branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc. Its AUM size is over US5.5bil with wide range of asset classes, e.g. hedge funds, Private Equities, Venture Capitals, Real Estates and Public Funds, etc. Owing to current expansion of business in PRC, the client is urgently looking for a high caliber incumbent to handle the capital raising for its USD funds and RMB funds with seed money of few hundred mil USD now.
Asset Management - Investor Relations / Capital Raising (Head / VP level)
- Participating as an active team member in fund raising for all product lines
- Establishing and maintaining wide network of relationships with institutional and individual investors
- Assisting Chairman to develop fund raising strategies for new businesses
Requirements
- At least 5 years asset management experience with direct experience in fund raising and Investor relations
- Prefer candidates with solid public equities investors network in US, Europe, Mid East or Asia
- Strong knowledge of investor needs in Public Market Alternative Investment sector
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and well-refined selling skills
- Self-starter who is flexible and results-oriented; has sound business judgment; is resourceful and able to work with minimal direct supervision
- Strong work ethic and ability to make significant contributions on major projects outside scope of day-to-day duties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command in English, Candidates with good command in Mandarin will be an advantage
