Institutional Client Reporting Team Leader
The Institutional Reporting team sits within JPMorgan Asset Management's EMEA Client Reporting team in the Investment Management Services (operations) space.
The team is responsible for the end-to-end specific client reporting, quarterly booklet production in excess of 350 client reports. In addition to this they complete regular daily, weekly and monthly reports along with and ad hoc requests for segregated institutional clients.
We are looking to recruit a strong team leader to support a team of 11/12 people.
Previous Client Reporting experience is essential, exposure to Seg clients is preferred. You will also provide support to the Institutional Head in absence.
You will be required to manage work allocations for the team, track deadlines and monitor them.
You will act as an escalation point for the team, helping with difficult queries and questions.
You will also help with the on boarding or new team members/interns, providing training and knowledge share.You will need to build relationships with a number of areas and be an additional point of management contact. In addition to this you will have your own smaller allocation of commitments.
You will need to be comfortable with change, specifically an in-flight major technology programme. Experience of change would be beneficial as we manage the current workload along with UAT and transition.
You will need to be flexible as deadlines often mean working past standard hours during busy periods.
This is especially so at quarter end where we have an intense 3 week schedule of reporting.
You will be involved in the reviewing of RFP's or IMA's that lead to reporting requirements for potential or new clients.
