The Asset Management sector is seeing a demand for consulting services spanning front office, operations, finance, risk, IT, regulatory. We are looking to expand this team and seek high calibre individuals at Senior Manager, Manager and Executive level to work alongside highly skilled industry and consulting talent.
Individuals will be working within Operations Customer or IT Advisory. Candidates who have skills across both areas will be highly regarded.
Your responsibilities as an Asset Management Ops/Customer/IT Advisor will include:
- (Ops Customer) Working with our asset management clients to gain understanding of their management functions and processes in Operations and inter-relationships with Front Office and
Service Providers
- Providing consulting services to maximise the performance across their applications through change management and transformation. This would also be implemented through Operating Model
Design and Process Improvement
- (IT) Providing performance improvement solutions across IT functions with our Asset Management clients, including enterprise, solution data architecture, package selected, system implementation, IT operating model design, cost reduction etc.
Qualifications/skills you'll need as an Asset Management Ops/Customer/IT Advisor:
- Strong understanding of Asset Management functions and processes and experience in one or
more applications
- Experience in operations change management/transformation experience is essential
- An understanding of software development lifecycles would be an advantage
- Experience in other areas which are highly regarded include; business analysis; project management; IT transformation and governance and post merger integration
- A successful track record in asset management/servicing through another consultancy firm and successful delivery of projects for clients
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current asset management market trends
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and be a supportive team player
- Graduate level education
- Flexibility to travel and work in other locations..
