Asset Management – Senior Client Service Administrator recruitment

THE OPPORTUNITY
- Focusing on Private Client and Charity clients the role will involve you from the start of the client relationship, working closely with the Investment Managers to discuss client requirements, arrange for the account opening, liaise with other internal teams and third parties and be in direct contact with the client or their representatives throughout the process
- On top of this you will provide the Fund Managers with their necessary documentation and confirm the AML and KYC requirements to open accounts and for ongoing maintenance for existing clients
- You will develop an ongoing relationship with the clients, and the senior administrator will be the first point of contact for all administrative issues and also attend client meetings where necessary
YOUR PROFILE
- Ideally you will be coming have an Asset Management background (exposure to Private Clients or Charities would be a real bonus), with significant technical knowledge and experience of Client take on
- The ideal candidate would have a strong knowledge of the structure and organisation of Asset Management companies combined with excellent organisational skills, the ability to work unsupervised, be self motivated and have the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
- You will need strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and be confident with the ability to deal directly with clients and colleagues at all levels
- A working knowledge of the appropriate investment parameters and fee arrangements for discretionary managed portfolios would also be advantageous
