Asset Manager, Residential Real Estate recruitment
The position would suit a numerate graduate who is starting out their career in real estate. The ideal candidate will either have or be working towards their RICS qualification, or have had hands on experience of working for a residential developer or investor, supporting the investment, development and asset management process.
The role will include the analysis of residential development and investment opportunities, supervison of sales process of any residential asset, managing any asset management initiatives of the residential portfolio, ad-hoc project work and reporting. The role will require UK travel and be based out of the London head office.
Critically, the successful candidate will show knowledge of the real estate sector, demonstrate a numerate academic and professional career and be very comfortable using tools such as excel in all facets of their work. An analytical mind-set and a can-do attitude is a must.
