Asset Manager – VIE recruitment
Duration: 12 months and up to 24 months

ASSIGNEMENT/OVERVIEW OF EXPECTATIONS :
The Company offering the position is a subsidiary of AEW Europe, a real estate leading worldwide investment manager, being part of NATIXIS Asset Management Group. The portfolio represents 18 billion assets under management, the Italian team managing Ca. 1 billion.
The Italian team comprises 2 Asset Managers and a VIE and a one year fixed contract Asset Manager. AEW Europe is looking for an Asset Manager who will be dedicated to asset management activities mainly on logistic and tertiary assets.
MAIN ACTIVITIES TASKS :
Under the responsibility of senior asset managers, you will be responsible for:
• Provide support to the Asset Managers on the technical issues related to the assets under management
• Support and coordinate asset managers and providers on DD activities
• Assist in preparing business plans of portfolios with the aim of defining the strategy of valuation of assets under management. The direct management of asset will be gradually also entrusted to him/her.
Among a team of Senior Asset Managers, the candidate will work together with all departments of AEW Europe:
Ø Fund Management
Ø Legal Department
Ø Technical Property Management
Ø Investment

PROFILE :
- Degree in Engineering, 2nd university cycle; - First experience in real estate is a plus.
Ø You have knowledge of the real-estate Italian market
Ø Excellent Analysis, synthesis and negotiation skills
Ø Fluent in English and Italian
Ø Another language (French) is welcome
