Asset Mgmt Sector Specialist recruitment
High calibre individual with exceptional academics and analytical skills, together with in-depth knowledge of the Asset Management sector, gained from a credit or sector analysis, portfolio management or risk management environment, sought by this prestigious financial institution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing sector research and analysis, meeting and interviewing analysts, fund managers and credit rating agencies, and identifying and analysing external risks facing the Financial Services industry, with a particular focus on Asset Management. Key responsibilities will include writing and presenting reports and recommendations to senior management, both internally and externally and building and maintaining effective working relationships at senior management level. As such, superior communication, presentation and relationship management skills are essential.
Applicants must demonstrate excellent analytical skills, a strong risk and control mentality and previous analytical experience gained from an asset management environment. A pro-active approach and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels is essential
