An start-up alternative investment specialist, offering investment opportunities with AIM in the real-estate industry are looking to hire a senior sales manager. You will be responsible for business development activities whilst building relationships with clients.
Salary - £60K + Bonus
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Manage business development activities and implement a successful sales process; primarily Real Estate funds
- Build new relationships with clients as well as manage existing ones
- Responsible for raising assets from institutional investors
The suitable candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Good product knowledge of the Real Estate Alternative fund space
- Previous experience raising assets for Real Estate funds
- Can demonstrate success in business development/fundraising activities with figures
- Ideally have an existing client base, with established relationships with institutional investors
