Job Description:
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of operating in a Project Management and/or Business Management Role with business facing stakeholders. The individual must have a strong understanding of program delivery, with a track record of successful project management. Previous experience in Banking / Asset Management and Business Change is requested.

Excellent team working capabilities and an ability to network to build strong business and IT team relationships
A ‘can-do’ attitude and delivery focus, along with ability to cope effectively with pressure
Ability to work with different cultures / time zones
Self motivation, innovation and flexibility in approach to work
Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
The capacity to shape and implement positive change
Ability to work either independently or as an integral team member sharing ideas
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Finance or Business preferred)
Series 7 and Series 24 preferred, but not required
Extensive experience (5 years +) as a Subject Matter Expert, Project Manager and/or Business Analyst
Strong understanding of front, middle and back office processes within Asset Wealth Management
Excellent and proven business analysis skills in a front/middle/back office operations environment
Ability to quickly build strong relationships with stakeholders across Front Office, Finance, Operations, Technology, Compliance etc
Offers innovative solutions to problems and persists in solving problems even when setbacks occur
Solid understanding of all aspects of business/project management and cost management as well risk and issue management
