We are currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Peace River Ford in Peace River, Alberta In this key position your role will be to provide leadership to an existing team with a positive and upbeat approach in keeping with the philosophy of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide mentorship/motivation for employees
 • To overlook the responsibilities of employees ensuring deadlines/tasks are complete
• To facilitate communication between Sales Manager and Sale Consultants
• To reinforce a customer focused approach throughout the business

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• Coaching/ mentorship abilities
• Previous work experience in the auto industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Communication Skills
• A willingness to adopt a consistent customer focused approach
