Assistant Account Manager
Accounts Fund Management:
- Responsible to manage accounting function including finalisation of accounts.
- Monitor the working capital.
- Implement and review internal control systems for the entire gamut of company’s activities.
- Assist in making annual budgets, review and control of the same.
- Review and control cost overheads and raising the alarm for big variances
- Assist in compliance and co-ordination of all applicable statutory laws and audit.
- Responsible for preparation of MIS reports as agreed by the management
- Ensure any financial data is available at any time for review and analyses.
System Control
- Assist in analysing the processes, data and suggest improvements for development and implementation of significant process improvements within the company.
- Assist in analysing data/information wrt to MIS for MRMs) Monthly review meetings) and report areas of concern and improvement.
- Suggest process improvement in terms of cost and efficiency
Technical/Functional Knowledge/Skills
- Knowledge of finance,accounting,budgeting and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
- Ability to control, sort and analyse process flows, technical data to find gaps for improvements.
- Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets and profitability analysis.
