About Private Wealth Management
Worldwide, we look after the private wealth and investment solutions for over 90,000 high net worth individuals. Although it’s difficult to define exactly who qualifies for this designation, it’s usually assumed that it includes anyone with liquid assets in excess of $1 million. Our people are responsive and sophisticated. Our products and solutions best in class The Assistant Account Manager is responsible for helping to manage our clients’ day-to-day relationship needs. You will process transactions, resolve account and payment problems, and provide administrative and operational support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• A working knowledge of the operating areas of a bank, including Banking, Custody, Credit and Treasury departments.
• An above average understanding of core investment and fiduciary products and services is a must, along with a firm grasp of sales processes.
• A degree or proven experience in a financial services role.
• Trustworthy, comfortable around senior management and have excellent presentation, communication and writing skills.
• Ability to quickly access and utilise a full range of computerised account and product information systems.
• Sensitive to specific client needs, and know how to establish a strong rapport with others.
• Experience supporting Philippines segment/ desk is preferred.
