ASSISTANT ACTUARIAL MANAGER recruitment
Our client is a leading international bank engaged in investment banking, private banking and investment management services with an extensive international presence. To cope with their business expansion, they are seeking an outstanding professional to join them.
Actuarial Department currently consists of various teams handling different business functions with key responsibilities in formulating and pricing insurance policies, retirement schemes, ensuring actuarial calculations on systems are correct and other financial strategies. You will provide technical support for life insurance product systems. Assist in providing actuarial services to life insurance operations. Work on various special projects in relation to life insurance product development. Provide technical support for life insurance policy calculations. Work on ensuring that policy administration system numerical calculations and new business illustrations remain correct at all times. Mentor junior colleagues and share actuarial knowledge.
To qualify for the position, you should be a Degree holder in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant disciplines with around 3 to 5 years’ experience in actuarial, insurance finance or investment field. LOMA qualifications. Solid computing and problem solving skills. Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Chinese.
