As a Middle Office Specialist in FICC, you will provide support and management oversight to daily activities involving trade management and transaction lifecycle support, PL and risk management, issue resolutions and monitoring of Key Risks Indicators.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

Provide the key interface between the Front Office and the other support areas regarding PL, New Trades, Risk, etc. as well as queries regarding the trading system
Manage end of day trading system batch and work very closely with IT to ensure all workflows run successfully and issues that arise are investigated/resolved timely and communicated to other infrastructure areas
Work with Front Office on new products, assisting in curve/instrument setup to ensure ability for correct booking to reflect accurate risk and PL and ensuring all downstream feeds are complete and accurate with minimal or zero adjustments required
Monitor and manage proactively the issuance lifecycle for fixed Income structured notes and certificates in close coordination with internal stakeholders and key clients
Perform and monitor lifecycle management on the existing deal portfolio to ensure proper trade data reflection in Risk management and Operations processing systems
Promote service levels for both internal and external clients and build solid relationship with key stakeholders including front offices, tech, finance, compliance, functional and business lines

Our ideal candidate should have the following requisites:

Middle Office experience, preferably from top tier banks
Strong product knowledge (especially Fixed Income Structured Notes and OTC Rates). Good understanding of Middle Office processes including PL (T0, T+1), Risk and trade support lifecycle management experience is a must
Proactive and dynamic individual with excellent communication skills
You are currently a leader in your respective role and have energy to embrace changes and work effectively in a highly challenging environment
German language skills would be beneficial
