Service existing client base to a high standard;
Be fully aware and vigilant in respect of compliance / KYC / anti-Money Laundering;
Develop an understanding of situations and respond to client requests.
Demonstrate an ability to develop and strengthen client relationships
Understand and apply the fundamentals of relationship selling.
Understand information provided to explore opportunities with prospects and clients.
Develop ability to be able to explain clients information on the range of services available.
Proven experience within a customer service environment within banking industry; preferably with an Arab bank but not mandatory
Willingness to work towards an FSA approved qualification
Working knowledge of banking products and back office operations
Excellent communications skills - oral and written
A working knowledge of Microsoft office skills.
Strong team player
Arabic language skills essential
