Responsibilities

System Enrolment

• Perform verification of new requests for enrolment

• Setting up client’s record on the bank's system

• Printing of new IDs and passwords

• Ensure regulatory compliance in handling of client’s IDs and passwords

• Administer the distribution of the IDs and passwords to clients

Token Management

• Maintain an accurate record for tracking the token issuance

• Assign and registering each token issuance

• Ensure sufficient token supply in storage

• Prepare token cost allocation reports to Branch

• Ensure functionality of tokens

Mailing

• Prepare the necessary documentations for courier and mail

• Organize mailing packages, complete with Welcome Letters, ID and passwords, and tokens

• Maintain confidentiality of mailing packages

• Meeting the cutoff time for mailing/courier services.

• Tracking delivery package status and ensure successful deliveries

• Follow up and responding to Branch queries for unsuccessful deliveries

• Verify mail/courier cost charges for Branch allocation

Other duties

• Provide coverage for printing/mailing duties and trade confirms

• Handling new hire and departure staffs’ system access

• Responsible for requisition of team stationery supplies

• Generating monthly punctuality report for statistical reporting purposes

• Generating monthly statistical figures for Dashboard reporting purposes

• Dealing with queries and requests from the shared mailbox

Requirements

• Recognized diploma / degree with at least one year’s relevant experience gained in banking finance sector preferred

• Excellent team player strong communications inter-personal skills

• Manage confidentiality of sensitive client information

• Strong attention to details, meticulous, alert and organized

• Good follow-up skill ability to prioritize
