SUMMARY:
Assist and support the Branch Manager in the execution of duties and act in the capacity of the Branch Manager as appropriate.  Jointly, with the Manager, is responsible for developing and implementing service and sales strategies that achieve the overall credit union goals.  Enhance overall product relationships that are mutually beneficial to our members and MFCU.  Responsible for mentoring staff for optimum production, performance and providing career guidance.  Model professional conduct and commitment to branch staff through personal example.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:  High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent, plus 2 years of higher education are required.  2 years of equivalent experience can substitute for every 1-year of education.

Experience:  Minimum of 3 years of branch operations experience in the financial industry, to include sales, lending and supervisory experience is required.  Credit Union experience and knowledge of Symitar are a plus.  Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills are required.

COMPETENCIES:

Software:  Microsoft Office Suite and Internet are required. Symitar is preferred.
